The Balancing Statement shows how much is owed by and to the company.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/pdf\/IE.pdf\">Income &amp; Expenditure<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/pdf\/BS.pdf\">Balance Sheet<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Statutory Accounts<\/h3>\n<p>The accounts are as filed at Companies House in statutory format for each calendar year. It is not a statutory requirement that detailed costs are shown within these accounts although the directors will voluntarily shown the information for the benefit of leaseholders.
